Trusts Under Will
Normally established for the protection of a spouse and/or children.
Trusts Under Agreement
Established during the lifetime of a person known as the Grantor, who establishes the termination date which could be before or at the time of death or some future date. (There are many reasons for establishing a living trust - to avoid probate, no interpretation at death and asset management.)
Investment Management
Provides professional asset management through an Agency Agreement.
Custodian Services
Safekeeping of securities, collection of income and disbursement in accordance with the Agreement.
